02 / MEET GINTS
Athlete. Coach. Father.
Always a student of life.
Gints’s path has taken him from basketball courts and Latvia’s early street workout scene to bodybuilding, personal training and a new home in Bali.
Named head judge for the first World Street Workout Championship in Riga, Gints was part of the movement’s early international chapter.
After years in IT, management at Bite Latvija and work in payment technology, Gints chose a direction rooted in fitness and the life he wanted to live.
A move to Bali brought a new setting for the same commitment: training, family and helping others care for their bodies.
03 / THE PHILOSOPHY
The common thread in Gints’s interviews is simple: training belongs in everyday life. Consistency, care and a reason to keep showing up.
Build a routine you can return to. Gints describes training as a normal part of his day, rather than something that waits for motivation.
Start with the basics. In his Klubs interview, Gints puts ordinary food, sleep and lower stress ahead of chasing supplements.
Family, travel and being present give fitness a purpose beyond the gym. Make room for a full life, with strength as part of it.
